2. Click on Tools at the top and then choose Internet Options
3. The Internet Options window should pop up.
4. Scroll down until you see the check box : "Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)"
Changing FTP settings to PASV Mode:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click on Tools at the top and then choose Internet
Options
3. The Internet Options window should pop up.
4. Scroll down until you see the check box : "Use Passive FTP (for
firewall and DSL modem compatibility)"
5. Make sure the check box is checked and click apply.
6. Click OK and try to login to the FTP server.
